Ing. George Rialas, 39, received a MSc (Hons) degree in Electrical Power Engineering in 1985 from Bratislava Technical University.

During 1985-1989 worked as an Electrical Consulting Engineer for several Building and Industrial projects in Cyprus.

In 1989 with his partner Chris Neophytou, a Mechanical Engineer, established Hiteco Ltd, an Engineering Consulting firm based in Limassol Cyprus with the scope to provide comprehensive engineering design and supervision services for the building and industrial sector.

In particular he was fully responsible for the design and supervision of the following:

Building Power and Lighting

Emergency and Stand-by Power Generation

Facilities Startup

Lighting Controls

Telecommunications and Wire Management

Uninterrupted Power Supply Systems

He is a member of IEE since 1988.
